Duo Robbed By Group Of Crooks In Central Park: NYPD
Two guys hanging out in the park last Sunday were jumped and robbed by a group of strangers, police said.

CENTRAL PARK, NYC — Two men walking around Central Park were jumped and robbed last weekend by a group of strangers, police said on Friday.
The terrifying robbery began shortly after 9 p.m. near West 97th Street last Sunday, according to NYPD officials.
Two men, aged 20 and 21, were walking within Central Park when a group approached them and forcibly grabbed their backpacks, headphones and wallet, according to police.

After snatching the victims' belongings, the group fled into Central Park on foot, police said.
The two men were not injured during the robbery, according to officials.
