Black Friday Gives Way to Small Business Saturday in Farmingdale
The weekend doesn't have to be spent at crowded Big Box stores.
Everyone knows about the big shopping day that Black Friday has become both here and across the nation. See our shopping guide to the big box stores, including those in town and nearby, here.
But many Farmingdale businesses are open today and participating in Saturday's "Small Business Saturday," a nationwide event promoting the efforts of local businesses.
Farmingdale alone has 100 retail businesses taking part in specials and promotions.

- Farmingdale Beverage, 72 Motor Ave., Farmingdale.
