Cops: 3 Arrested in Fatal Overdose Investigation in Hicksville
The trio was charged Monday night, police say.

Three people were arrested Monday at 9:15 p.m. in connection with a drug-related incident in Hicksville, authorities said.
Nassau police say during the course of an investigation involving a fatal overdose of an unnamed victim, detectives managed to connect with a possible drug dealer. They set up a meeting that involved a 2015 Acura and took place on Grape Lane and Glow Lane.
After detectives identified the vehicle, they approached the car, which was occupied by three individuals, one of whom was observed smoking a marijuana cigarette. The three individuals – Rosanallys Davila, 24, of Schenectady, Kassandra Delgado, 22, of Hempstead and Donovan Joseph, 24, of Hempstead – were placed into custody, police say.

Davila, charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, was released on an appearance ticket and is due at First District Court in Hempstead on March 23.
Delgado, charged with fourth-degree criminal facilitation, was also released on an appearance and is due at First District Court on March 23.

Joseph, who police say was found to be in possession of crack cocaine, is charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and an unrelated warrant charge. He is scheduled to be arraigned in First District Court on Tuesday.
