Cops: Man Found with Cocaine, Marijuana in Hicksville
The incident occurred Tuesday afternoon, police say.

A man was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance Tuesday afternoon in Hicksville, authorities said.
Nassau Police say that at a vehicle and traffic stop at Heitz Place at 3:50 p.m., officers discovered that Anthony Montez-Luis, 56, had a pill bottle on the rear seat of his car containing marijuana. After placing the Montez-Luis under arrest, police also discovered a black bag containing approximately 4 ounces of cocaine on the front passenger floor of the vehicle.
Montez-Luis is charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and is scheduled for arraignment on Wednesday at First District Court in Hempstead.
