Farmingdale Remembers: 9/11 Memorial Ceremony Scheduled
The ceremony is scheduled for Tuesday evening.

FARMINGDALE, NY — Farmingdale Remembers, the community's annual memorial service of those killed in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at the Farmingdale Public Library. Observers were asked to gather at 6 p.m.
"The Farmingdale Community Summit Council encourages all residents of the community to participate in the brief ceremony to honor and remember those who perished and those we lost from exposure to health hazards at Ground Zero, to pay tribute to those who served so unselfishly in the recovery operation, and to show our continued support for all those who were affected by the events of 9/11/01," the Facebook events page reads.
