Farmingdale Teenager Reported Missing Found OK: Police

The 14-year-old, who had been reported missing Friday, was found OK, police say.

FARMINGDALE, NY — A Farmingdale teenager was reported missing Friday morning, Nassau police said.

Maurice Hannah, 14, was last seen leaving his Secatogue Avenue home around 6:30 a.m., police said. He was reported missing to police at 8 a.m.

He was described by police as Black, 5 feet 7 inches tall and approximately 110 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray jacket.

"The missing juvenile does have a cognitive disorder and enjoys using public transportation to travel," the department stated.

Hannah had been reported missing on Wednesday and was found later that day, police said.

Detectives asked anyone with information on Hannah's whereabouts to contact the Nassau County Police Department Missing Persons Squad at 516-573-7347 or call 911. All callers will remain anonymous.
