Holiday Services Offered at Farmingdale-Wantagh Jewish Center

Tickets are needed for the Rosh Hashanah service tonight.

The Farmingdale-Wantagh Jewish Center is holding services for Rosh Hashanah tonight at the center in Wantagh.

To purchase tickets for the service, contact the center at 516-785-2445.

The LIRR is providing nine additional trains from Penn Station Wednesday between 2:08 p.m. and 3:48 p.m. for customers leaving early in observance of Rosh Hashanah. There will be three extra trains on the Babylon and Port Jefferson Branch, two on the Port Washington Branch and one on the Far Rockaway Branch. See www.mta.info/lirr for details.
