5 Towns School Hosts Veterans Day Parade
Students and staff at the Brandeis Hebrew School in Lawrence will march in the Nov. 11 parade.
LAWRENCE, NY — In honor of Veterans Day, Brandeis Hebrew Academy in the Five Towns is hosting its second annual parade.
Staff and students will march in the name of the brave men and women who served to protect our country.
The parade starts on Frost Avenue in Lawrence at 10 a.m. The group turns onto Central Avenue, followed by Washington Avenue and Broadway. Marchers will conclude at the same Frost Avenue location.

Students will create various posters and flags to carry and display on the route.
Local veterans are encouraged to march in the Nov. 11 parade.
