COVID-19 Booster Shots Offered By Town Of Hempstead
The shots are being given on Thursday, July 21.
VALLEY STREAM, NY — While the latest Omicron variant has the COVID-19 positivity rate hovering around 10% on Long Island, the Town of Hempstead is still providing free booster shots.
On Thursday, residents can get the added shot for protection at the Farmers Market in Valley Stream.
It's available, in coordination, with Mount Sinai South Nassau, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

A vaccination card is required for the booster. To schedule an appointment, call Mount Sinai South Nassau at 516 377-5333 or apply online.
