Large crowd at Hewlett's GRAND Shavuot Ice Cream Party
Special Blessings for Babies

A big crowd joined together this past Sunday, June 5th, at the annual Hewlett GRAND Ice Cream party, in Chabad House Of Hewlett’s temporary tent.
There was an array of ice creams, cheesecakes and a delicious dairy buffet as well as excitement for the kids.
This year, after the COVID-19 pandemic, Rabbi Nochem Tenenboim Hewlett's Spiritual leader, said a special prayer for the babies born in the last 2 years. It was a very meaningful prayer next to the holy Torah to welcome the new children to a better, safer and healthier world.
Shavuot is the holiday that recognizes when the Jewish people received the Torah 3,334 years ago on Mt. Sinai.
Chabad House of Hewlett is a vibrant center for Jewish life catering to the community's Jewish and social needs with unconditional love and concern for every Jew regardless of age, background, affiliation or level of observance.
