Lillian Hurley Dies at 84

Lillian Hurley, a 65 year resident of the Five Towns, died on Aug. 1. She was 84.

A retired registered nurse, she worked for 47 years at St. Joseph Hospital in Far Rockaway.

She is predeceased by husband William Hurley.

She is survived by children William, Nancy Tavalaro and Marilyn Cleary, grandchildren Vincent and Marissa Tavalaro, Sean and Courtney, Cleary and Errol and Erica Hurley.

Reposing will be held on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the in Inwood. A funeral Mass will be held Monday at 9:15 a.m. at  Church. Interment will be at Calverton National Cemetery.
