School's First Veterans Day Parade Set For Next Week
The Brandeis School in Lawrence organized the parade that is scheduled to start and end on Frost Avenue.

LAWRENCE, NY — In honor of next week's holiday, The Brandeis School is hosting its first Veterans Day Parade.
It is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Nov. 11.
As part of the festivities, students and staff members will march in remembrance of the men and women who served the country.

They will have flags and create many posters that will get displayed along the route.
The parade will start on Frost Avenue, turn onto Central Avenue, followed by Washington Avenue and Broadway, before returning to Frost Avenue.

Those participating in the event should assemble at 25 Frost Lane by 9:45.
In case of rain, the parade will be canceled.
