Another Huntington Station Store Robbed At Gunpoint

This is the third robbery to occur in the area this week.

Police are looking to identify the masked man who robbed a Huntington Station deli at gunpoint on Monday. This incident is the third area robbery this week.

According to Suffolk Police, a man entered Tropical Deli, located at 184 Depot Road, displayed a handgun and stole cash on at 10 p.m.

Police say the man was wearing a black mask, black gloves, and a red hooded sweatshirt with “Puerto Rico” printed on the front with a small Puerto Rican flag.

A Cold Spring Harbor gas station and a Pizza Hut in Huntington Station were robbed by a masked, armed man on Sunday and Monday, respectively. The Pizza Hut robbery occurred just 10 minutes before the Deli robbery. The stores are abut .7 of a mile away from one another. Police are investigating to see if the robberies are part of a pattern.
