Cold Spring Harbor Gas Station Robbed At Gunpoint

A masked man armed with a gun robbed a Cold Spring Harbor gas station on Sunday night, police say.

According to authorities, the man entered Cold Spring Motors/Gulf gas station, located at 27 Harbor Road, walked behind the counter, displayed what appeared to be a handgun and demanded cash at 9 p.m.

The clerk complied with his demands and the robber fled on foot westbound on Harbor Road. No injuries were reported in the robbery.

Police described the robber as a white, approximately 25 years old, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 180 pounds, with black hair, and wearing a black jacket, black pants, black gloves and a black mask.
