Greenlawn Fireman's Fair 2018: The State's Oldest Fair

A Labor Day tradition since 1906, the upcoming Greenlawn Fireman's Fair features food, rides, a parade, games and prizes.

The state's oldest fair will be held Thursday, Aug. 30 to Monday, Sept. 3. The fair will be closed on Sunday, Sept. 2.

The traditional end-of-summer celebration will help raise funds to support the Greenlawn Fire Department. Parade night begins Thursday at 7 p.m. The celebration starts at Cuba Hill Road and Broadway and continues north on Broadway to Fenwick Street into the fair grounds.

The fair will be held behind Greenlawn Firehouse, located at 23 Boulevard Ave. (off Broadway directly north of the Greenlawn LIRR Station.)

Enjoy the fair the following days:

• Thursday 7 to 11 p.m.
• Friday 7 to 11 p.m.
• Saturday 7 to 11 p.m.
• Monday 5 to 11 p.m.
