Huntington Police Blotter: 2 People Steal $1,925 Worth Of Sunglasses
ALSO: Another person stole nearly $1,900 worth of sunglasses, police say.

The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.

- July 14: Angy Ramirez-Linares, 34, of Bayside, stole $1,925 worth of sunglasses from Saks Fifth Avenue in Huntington Station while working with another person on April 9, police said. She was arrested and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny: value of property more than $1,000, police said.
- July 14: Mauricio Blanco-Tavera, 23, of Amityville, stole $1,925 worth of sunglasses from Saks Fifth Avenue in Huntington Station while working with another person on April 9, police said. He was arrested and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny: value of property more than $1,000, police said.
Incidents
- July 18: Grand larceny (fourth-degree) was reported on Walt Whitman Road in South Huntington at 7:19 p.m. A man stole four pairs of sunglasses worth $1,894 from Sunglass Hut, police said.
