Man Found Unconscious On Road Near Electric Scooter In Suffolk: Police
The 53-year-old was found in the middle of the road, police say.
HUNTINGTON, NY — A man was found unconscious in the middle of the road next to an electric scooter Thursday, police said.
According to Suffolk County police, the incident took place on Bayberry Drive, at the corner of Juniper Place, at about 4 p.m. The man, 53, had been seen operating an electric scooter a short time prior, police said.
He was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital via Suffolk County Police helicopter in serious
condition; his name is being withheld pending notification of next of kin, police said.
