No Bathing Advisory At Several Town Of Huntington Beaches

HUNTINGTON, NY — Thursday's heavy rainfall has led to Friday's beach advisory for parts of the North Shore in Suffolk County.

An advisory is issued for beaches adjacent to various north shore embayments, including Cold Spring Harbor and Huntington Harbor. There is a potential of bacterial levels to exceed New York State standards, the county's Department of Health said.

The advisory is expected to be lifted on Saturday at 8 a.m.
