"As the summer weather ebbs and flows, we want to make sure that the Town of Huntington is ready to assist our residents in keeping cool," said Huntington Supervisor Ed Smyth. "Especially for families with children and seniors, we want to offer services and resources to help take the temperature down a bit. Once again, we will be offering the spray parks and pool to our residents as a community service — cooling amenities that are convenient, safe, fun, and free."
The spray parks are due to return to regular hours with a required Town Recreation Card on Saturday, the town stated.
