A Sprinkle and a Dash partners with The Arc of Madison Cortland in Oneida, NY. The organization provides leadership and support services to people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities so that they cultivate resources to achieve their potential.

Tracy, who said she combined her love of baking with a quest to help others, notes on the FedEx grant contest page that by hiring people through the work center at ARC, every product sold is then hand-packed and shipped by someone who gets the opportunity for independence.

Voting in the grant competition ends at 11:59 p.m. on March 17. In addition to votes, FedEx is selecting its top 100 finalists based on the business’s story and vision, and on how the business will use the grant money.
