Friedman and Weil: We love working with people and enjoy helping them navigate an always challenging real estate market. The final result is getting them happy and home.

Patch: What’s the biggest challenge or most difficult moment you’ve faced in your job?

Friedman and Weil: Besides quarantine — not being able to get a client to the finish line.


Patch: What’s the most satisfying part of your job?

Friedman and Weil: Helping our clients with the biggest investment they will ever make.


Patch: How would you say your business or organization distinguishes itself from the others?

Patch: What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given when it comes to success?

Friedman and Weil: Be consistent and persistent.


Patch: Are there any new projects or endeavors you’re working on that you’re extra excited about? If so, what details can you share and what makes it so exciting?

Friedman and Weil: Using Compass technology to keep raising the bar for our clients and ourselves. We have marketing platforms that help educate our clients, help them to promote their properties and use financial options to help them through real estate transitions.


Patch: Do you have any events coming up in your community? If so, tell us about them.

Friedman and Weil: Compass Cares — we do many philanthropic events through the year. We are involved locally with our Chamber of Commerce and help promote events in our area. Coming up we have the Huntington Public Art Crawl May 8 from 2 to 8 p.m.
