HUNTINGTON, NY — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented and changing times.

Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these heroes making a difference in their communities. Together with Ring, we're working to let all your neighbors know about these outstanding people and their stories.

Reason for recognition:
As the COVID crisis swept through Long Island, leaving restaurants and other businesses in its wake, Daniel & the Konoba staff prepared and delivered multiple rounds of food to the essential workers at Huntington Hospital MULTIPLE times.

One thing to know:
Daniel is a hard working business owner who has continually chosen to help feed essential workers despite the intense hardships faces by business owners during this pandemic.
