South Huntington, Huntington School Districts to Hold 2-Hour Delay Monday

Due to Sunday’s snowstorm, South Huntington and Huntington School Districts will hold a two-hour delay Monday.

From South Huntington’s website:

The Highway Superintendent remains confident that if the forecast holds and the snow tapers off as predicted he will be able to treat the roads and provide for a safe delayed opening. However, conditions could of course change so we will monitor things throughout the night and make adjustments if necessary. At this point, we are calling for a two hour delayed opening so simply push every building start, bus stop time, etc. back two hours.
