"The new sign matches the big welcome our seniors and staff offer our community," the Town Supervisor says.

Town of Huntington employees and officials unveiled the Senior Center’s new sign on Tuesday, Aug. 21.
“The Town of Huntington Senior Center is a lively meeting place for our active senior citizens and the new sign matches the big welcome our seniors and staff offer our community,” Town Supervisor Chad Lupinacci said in a press release.
The Town of Huntington Senior Nutrition Center first opened its doors on March 18, 1974 with the goal of providing a nutritious meal and enjoyable activities for all Town residents over the age of sixty.
Now, 44 years later, the center has two locations, nine clubs, and over 2,500 members who participate in the lunch program, activities and educational programs.
