Rye's Playland Park Adds New Attraction

The Old Rye Motorbike is the first interactive ride of its kind in North America, according to myrye.com.

RYE, NY — Playland Park’s The Old Rye Motorbike Factory interactive ride, the first interactive vintage Italian motorbike attraction in North America, debuts on Friday for guests, according to myrye.com.

Guests can maneuver their bike into the air by pulling the throttle and their friends can join in on the fun on a sidecar, according to Playland, which is located at 1 Playland Pkwy. in Rye.

Riders must be at least 51 inches tall to ride alone or between 36 to 51 inches anc accompanied by a supervising companion 14 years old or older who is willing to ensure compliance with all safety rules. People under 36 inches cannot ride the motorbike attraction, according to the amusement park.

“We are always looking to improve our offerings and bring the best attractions to our guests that they won’t be able to find anywhere else in the area.
