Did You Throw Away Thanksgiving Meals Due to Spoilage?

Some of the areas that Hurricane Sandy hit hardest knocked power out for more than two weeks, enough to spoil whatever perishable food was left in refrigerators. 

With Thanksgiving just one week away, some of those items include food expected to be consumed en masse for the holiday, from turkey to ham and more.

Did you have to throw away what you planned on eating on Thanksgiving because it went bad? Or did you luck out and your food is still OK to eat?
