Smithtown West Rebounds with Victory Over Central Islip

The West bulls claimed victory this week over Central Islip, quickly bouncing back from a homecoming loss. 

Smithtown West varsity football team beat the Musketeers, 42-20, o Friday night, Newsday reports. 

West halfback Andrew Lapreziosa helped lead the team rushing for 93 yards on 13 caries, scoring 4 touchdowns on Friday night. He helped put the West Bulls on the scored board with a 4-yard run at the end of the first quarter. 

Smithtown West bulls made it to 22-0 as Lapreziosa scored a 13-yard touch down with 3:11 left in the half. 

With the victory, the West bulls improve their league record to 5-1 and puts them in second place.
