MONDAY
Public Safety Commission Meeting: The commission will meet at Town Hall at 10 a.m. to hear police and fire alarm fine appeals.
Anti-Bias Task Force Meeting: The task force will meet in the lower level meeting room at 10 a.m.
Trustees Meeting: The Southampton Town Trustees will meet at Town Hall at 1 p.m.
School Board: The Tuckahoe School Board of Education will meet at 7:30 p.m.
TUESDAY
Election Day:Â While voters go to the polls in Southampton, Town Hall will be closed.
School Board: The Southampton School Board of Education will meet in the Southampton Intermediate School music room at 7:30 p.m.
WEDNESDAY
A Lecture and Screening of Oskar Schlemmer's 1920s Bauhaus Dances: A narrative within a narrative, Debra McCall will present her story of reconstructing the 1920s Bauhaus Dances of Oskar Schlemmer, explain the philosophy and work of Bauhaus artists, and screen a film of her reconstructions at the Watermill Center at 6:30 p.m.
Conservation Board: The Southampton Town Conservation Board will meet at Town Hall at 7 p.m.
THURSDAY
Town Board Work Session: The Southampton Town Board will hold a work session at Town Hall at 10 a.m.
Black Film Festival: The African American Museum of the East End presents the 8th Annual Black Film Festival taking place over four days onÂ
Nov. 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th. The film opens Thursday with "The Central Park Five" at the Southampton Cultural Center at 6:30 p.m.
ZBA: The Southampton Town Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at Town Hall at 7 p.m.
FRIDAYÂ
Literature Live! Presents The Diary of Anne Frank: Bay Street Theatre’s Literature Live! will present, "The Diary of Anne Frank," live on stage beginning Friday at 10 a.m. through Nov. 26. The play is suggested for ages 13 and up. Price: $12 for students and $25 for general admission.
AIA Peconic Exhibit @ Southampton Center: The exhibit will include art by architects. The exhibit opens with a reception on Saturday at 5 p.m. The Daniel J. Rowen Memorial Awards Program, which will be awarded by a jury on Nov. 16th at 5:30 p.m. The exhibit's hours are Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 4 p.m. from Nov. 10 to Dec. 1.Â
CAC: The Sag Harbor Citizens Advisory Committee will meet at the temporary John Jermain Memorial Library at 5:30 p.m.
Comedy Night: The Southampton Police Athletic League presents a comedy night with four acts at 230 Elm in Southampton at 7 p.m. Cash bar and light menu available. DJ dance after-party. Door prize, Chinese Auction, 50/50 raffle Price: $35 VIP advanced ticket purchase, $40 at door
SATURDAY
Save Our Seagrass Fundraiser: The Cornell Cooperative Extension of Suffolk County and the South Fork Natural History Museum have again joined forces to raise funds to support local habitat restoration stewardship workshops and educational programming that will be offered by CCE. The second annual Save our Seagrass Celebration will be held at SoFo in Bridgehampton from 5 to 8 p.m. Price: Tickets are $75 and include unlimited raw bar, freshly harvested Peconic Bay Scallops, catering by Tim Burke Productions, craft beer and local wine.
