INWOOD, NY — A man riding a red and black motorcycle is sneaking up behind women in Upper Manhattan and trying to snatch necklaces from around their throats, police said.

There were four robbery attempts on May 2, which included three in Upper Manhattan, where women did or almost had their necklaces stolen by a two-wheeled bandit, police announced on Saturday.
