Here are the teas that will be offered, as described by the Nepal Tea Collective:
- Kumari Gold: "A velvety cake-like sweetness will bring a smile to your face with every sip. With a pronounced caramel and brown sugar aroma that stirs into flavors of honey and baked fruits, this tea is a confectionery- like treat for you."
- White Prakash: "There’s a light playfulness of the fruity aromas along with an honest taste of dry muscatel grape notes. A hint of astringency gives it a unique end but fits perfectly with the toasty warmth of the drink."
- Nepali Breakfast: "With unique aromas from organic ingredients like ginger, cardamom, cinnamon and black pepper, Nepali Breakfast will invigorate your mornings."
- Ganesha Green: "It begins with an earthy grassy aroma. A few minutes and the flavors unfold into seaweeds of sweetness. Everything billows with a buttery bouquet."
- Kathmandu Cosmos: "Taste the fireworks of a myriad of spices like ginger, black cardamom, lemongrass, cinnamon leaves as well as orange peels without getting overwhelmed. Everything is a sweet lull that freshens up the palate for your dreams."
Tickets for the Inwood event cost $15, but come out to $17.74 after taxes and fees.
