WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, NY — Washington Heights is home to some of the best bagels in New York City, according to an Eater list of the Best Bagels in New York City released Wednesday.

The outlet gave Mike's Bagels a spot on its list for its bare-bones aesthetic and poppy and whole wheat bagels, also spotlighting the shop's pumpernickel bagel thickly spread with egg salad as the perfect breakfast choice.
