The Pandering Pig is moving to a new location this summer, which means that its longtime uptown home is for sale.

WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, NY — You can now buy the space that has housed the highest-rated French eatery in Washington Heights over the last decade.
The Pandering Pig, a French eatery at 209 Pinehurst Ave., is closing-up shop this month in preparation for a move to a larger space in Fort Tryon Park this summer, and its longtime home is now for sale.
"For the right owner, this is an exceptional opportunity for a captive dining audience in a niche neighborhood where fine dining is in short supply," reads a listing for the 833-square-foot space that is asking for $175,000.

The restaurant space comes equipped with stoves, tables, chairs, benches, dishes, pots, pans, flatware, glassware, a dishwasher, lighting, security cameras, a tap beer system, a wine fridge, a stand up freezer, an outdoor dining area, a skylight, and more.
The listing also touts that its liquor license for the location would be easily transferred to the new buyer.

There is not exactly a surplus of French restaurants in Washington Heights, but the Pandering Pig holds the number one rating on Yelp in the cuisine for the area.
Along with its high Yelp rating, it has 4.5 stars from 153 Google reviews.
Pandering Pig's ownership have decided to move into a new location that is the shuttered New Leaf Restaurant in Fort Tryon Park at 1 Margaret Corbin Drive.
The new eatery will be called The Bonnefont and is expected to open in June.
