Bedford Hills Man Accused Of Assault In Yorktown
Police said the man pulled someone by their hair and pushed them into a bush.
YORKTOWN, NY — A Bedford Hills man was accused of assaulting someone in Yorktown.
The Yorktown Police Department said Michael R. Miller, 50, of Bedford Hills, was charged Jan. 17 with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor.
Around 7:30 a.m. Jan. 10, police said officers responded to a report of an assault which had just happened.

The responding officer said Miller had pulled the victim by their hair and pushed the person into a bush, causing physical injury and pain.
Miller went to the Yorktown Police Headquarters Jan. 17 and surrendered himself.

He was placed under arrest and arraigned in the Yorktown Justice Court.
Miller is due to return to court Feb. 7.
