The highest priced house currently on the market in Yorktown is a home located at 1624 Hunterbrook Rd., according to AOL Real Estate reports.

The four-bedroom, five-bath single family home was built in 2008 and it's located on a 7.10-acre property. It is being sold for $1,795,000 through Shari Besterman of Houlihan Lawrence.

The home is located in the Huntersville area of Yorktown. It features a three story entry, formal living and dining rooms, a family room with a fireplace as well as wood beams, gourmet chef's kitchen with state of the art appliances. The house also has a breakfast area, billiard room with gas fireplace, office, powder bath, mud room, and a laundry room, according to a description.

The second floor offers a master bedroom suite with fireplace and spa-like bath plus a walk in closet. There is also a princess suite, two bedrooms, walk out basement, as well as an outdoor space, which includes deck and patio surrounded by nature.
