Public Meetings Scheduled In Yorktown

YORKTOWN, NY — Here’s a look ahead at public meetings scheduled for the week of Jan. 23.

In Yorktown, there will be a Planning Board televised meeting at 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 23.

The agenda, which can be viewed here, includes a public hearing for the proposed Chipotle in the Lowe’s Home Improvement shopping center; a discussion of the amended site plan for Burger King on Downing Drive; a discussion of a training facility/kennel/vet hospital/office space for Guiding Eyes for the Blind; and a discussion of a site plan for a mixed-used development of 148 residential units at Underhill Farm at 370 Underhill Ave.

The meeting will be in the Town Hall Board Room and on Optimum channel 20 and FiOS channel 33.

A Yorktown Town Board Work Session will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24.
