A 22-year-old Yorktown Heights man has been charged with drunken driving in Cortlandt, state police troopers said.  Jose G. Matamala's vehicle was stopped on Dec. 15 at 3:45 a.m. for speeding and moving from lane unsafely on Route 6, police said.  Police said the man was found to be intoxicated and had a blood alcohol level of 0.18 percent. He was charged with a DWI and scheduled to appear at Cortlandt Town Court on Jan. 4, 2013.
