11-Year-Old Girl Found After Going Missing
An 11-year-old had not been seen since she left a Charlotte middle school Tuesday, and her family was worried about her safety, police said.

UPDATE: She has been found.
CHARLOTTE, NC — Police are searching for 11-year-old Angela Lopez-Ortega, who has not been seen since she left Quail Hollow Middle School Tuesday around 3:20 p.m., authorities said.
She was last seen wearing a blue, button-up shirt with “El Salvador” written on it, a crop top underneath, black pants, and pink and white Nike sneakers. She is a Hispanic female who stands about 4'08" and weighs 90 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair.

Charlotte Police say Angela’s family is extremely concerned for her well-being.
Anyone with information about Angela’s whereabouts is asked to call 911.
