15-Year-Old Killed Off Mallard Park Drive In Charlotte
A 15-year-old is dead after a shooting off Mallard Park Drive in Charlotte, according to police.
CHARLOTTE, NC — A 15-year-old has died after a shooting on Feb. 18 near the 6700 block of Mallard Park Drive, according to Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police officers.
The victim was found lying outside of an apartment complex near that address and was taken to Atrium Main for treatment. Two days later, he died from his injuries. His name is withheld since he is underage.
The investigation into this case is active and ongoing. As additional information develops, it will be released by the CMPD's Public Affairs Office.
