2 New Mass COVID Testing Sites Open In Charlotte Region
Both locations hope to offer people an additional option to get tested.
CHARLOTTE, NC — Two new locations will offer COVID testing this week, hoping to ease the burden on other mass testing sites that have seen long lines.
Mecklenburg County Public Health and Cabarrus Heath Alliance have worked together with partners StarMed and Mako to open the two new sites, one at Charlotte Motor Speedway and another at Carowinds from Mako.
“We are so appreciative of organizations who continue to recognize and help meet the need for testing in our community,” said Public Health Director Dr. Raynard Washington. “Thank you for keeping public health a priority.”
