Amber Alert Issued For 3-Year-Old Girl In Charlotte
A 3-year-old was abducted by her father Sunday morning, according to Charlotte Mecklenburg Police, and an Amber Alert was issued.

CHARLOTTE, NC — Missing 3-year-old Marlaya Patterson has been found, according to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.
An Amber Alert was issued for Patterson, who was believed to be taken by her father in Charlotte near Swan Drive.
Police found Patterson after an "extensive investigation" but did not release any other information about her recovery.

Sunday morning after 6 a.m., a family member called police to report concern for Marlaya Patterson, saying the little girl may be in danger.
Police believed the girl was with her father, Corey Lamont Patterson, 29.

At the time of the Amber Alert, police said Corey Patterson was believed to be driving a silver 2012 Ford Escape with the tag NC BDB-2527 and considered armed and dangerous.
