  1. Charlotte FC has increased season ticket prices by an average of 4 percent. The team has some of the highest season ticket prices in Major League Soccer. Despite the high ticket prices, the team has some of the best home game attendance records leading into the 2023 season. Only one home game last season had less than 30,000 fans in attendance. (WBTV)
  2. An overnight north Charlotte apartment fire has resulted in one individual being injured. The incident occurred at the Ivy Hollow Apartments off Tanager Park Drive around 2:00 a.m. on Friday. 3. New tenants of Charlotte's University community apartment building, The Livona Tryon, report an increase in car break-ins. The building is still under construction.
