Man accused of killing another man in south Charlotte, police say (wbtv.com) — Charlotte-Mecklenburg police have charged a 41-year-old man in connection with a November shooting that left a 39-year-old man dead in south Charlotte. Officers found the victim with a fatal gunshot wound on Wallingford Street, and the suspect was later arrested in Tarboro and brought back to Mecklenburg County to face murder and firearm charges.
