The NC Court of Appeals halted election filings just moments before they were about to start.

CHARLOTTE, NC — Just moments before the scheduled start, filing for US House, North Carolina Senate and North Carolina House was halted by the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
The time frame for when filings will resume is unknown. The court issue at hand has to do with gerrymandering.
