New Office Tower Coming To South End Charlotte, Replacing Walgreens

CHARLOTTE, NC — A new business tower will be constructed in place of the existing Walgreens at South and East End Boulevards, according to Axios.

It's a spec building that doesn't have any tenants planned yet, and they're working on determining how tall it will be.

As for the Walgreens, it will close this month. Axios reports there will be multiple other towers in the area, bringing fundamental change to South End as it grows.

White Point, MRP Realty and Barings are working together on the development.
