Search On For Missing 16-Year-Old In Charlotte: CMPD
Scot Stines, 16, was last seen July 6 at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center in Charlotte, and is believed to be on foot, CMPD said.
CHARLOTTE, NC — Police are asking for the public's help locating a 16-year-old boy who was last seen at a Charlotte hospital nearly a month ago.
Scot Stines was last seen at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center, located at 200 Hawthorn Lane in Charlotte, on July 6 around 6:30 p.m., according to Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.
Stines suffers from behavioral health issues and is currently in the custody of Madison County Social Services, CMPD said.

He was last seen wearing blue jeans, black shoes and a blue shirt with the word "Victory" written in white letters. He is believed to be traveling on foot, police said.
Anyone with information about Stines' whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1 immediately, CMPD said.
