Teen Girl With Medical Issue Missing, Police Ask For Help Finding Her
A teenage girl is missing who recently suffered a medical injury leading to cognitive impairment, according to Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police.
UPDATE: She was found safe, per CMPD.
CHARLOTTE, NC — Police are actively searching for a 17-year-old girl with a medical issue, according to the department.
Maniyah Graham was last seen Sunday morning after 8 a.m. at her home in the 3100 block of Southwest Boulevard in Charlotte.

She was last seen wearing black tights with blue and yellow flowers on them and black sneakers. She is black, 5'10 and approximately 140 lbs. Her hair is black and her eyes are brown.
Police say a recent medical issue caused cognitive issues for the teen.
