CHARLOTTE, NC — President Donald Trump is set to visit Charlotte Thursday afternoon, and will be delivering remarks about the "American First Healthcare Plan," his long awaited plan meant to replace the Affordable Care Act.
The afternoon event marks Trump's 14th trip to the state since in office, according to reports.
Trump is schedule to arrive in Charlotte at 4:30 p.m., according to the White House.

Exactly how much detail Trump will reveal Thursday regarding his ACA replacement plan, which he has promised since campaigning for office in 2016, remains uncertain. Wednesday, White House spokesperson Kayleigh McEnany told reporters the plan "certainly does exist," and that details would be forthcoming.
"The President, in the next week or so, will be laying out his vision for healthcare," McEnany said. "Some of that has already been put out there, like telemedicine and lowering the cost of drugs. But the President — and protecting preexisting conditions. But the President will be laying out some additional healthcare steps in the coming, I would say, two weeks."
