NORTH CAROLINA — Vice President Kamala Harris is set to travel to North Carolina next week, the White House announced Wednesday.

Harris will travel to Greensboro and High Point, North Carolina on Monday, April 19, the White House said.

The trip marks the first trip to the state as vice president for Harris, who is expected to discuss the White House' American Jobs Plan, WXII reported.
