Where VP Kamala Harris' Visit To Charlotte Will Disrupt Traffic

CHARLOTTE, NC — Charlotte Mecklenburg Police want to warn Charlotte drivers that Thursday between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. could post traffic delays.

CMPD says specifically between Charlotte Douglas International Airport and South End Charlotte will be affected.

They did not include specific roads due to security reasons.

Harris will be speaking with U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg to talk about the newly passed $1 billion bipartisan infrastructure deal and how it affects the Carolinas.

Vice-President Harris and Secretary Buttigieg will be joined with Congresswoman Alma Adams (D-NC 12th District).
