3 PA Amusement Parks Rated Among Nation's Best

PENNSYLVANIA — Three Pennsylvania amusement parks have won 2025 TripAdvisor Travelers Choice Awards Best of the Best titles, which the website contends celebrates the highest level of excellence in travel.

It’s awarded to those who receive a high volume of above-and-beyond reviews and opinions from the Tripadvisor community over a 12-month period. Out of the website's 8 million listings, fewer than 1 percent achieve this milestone.

The Pennsylvania amusement parks that ranked received the award and were in the top 20 were Knobles, which ranked third; Splash Lagoon Indoor Water Park, which came in at 15; and Hersheypark, which finished 18th.

Knobels

Family-owned and operated since 1926, Knoebels Amusement Resort—located in Elysburg, Pennsylvania—is America's largest free-admission amusement park. Hersheypark

Hersheypark—located 15 miles east of Harrisburg and 95 miles west of Philadelphia—is a fun-filled amusement park founded in 1906 for the employees of the Hershey Chocolate Company. It’s still a
